This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used when you visit liromfilms.com (the “Website”). It is written to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish Data Protection Act (LOPDGDD 3/2018).
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data is collected and why
When you contact me by email. I receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message. I use this only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out the project. Legal basis: your request and pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Website analytics (Google Analytics 4). If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location, device and browser. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. I use this only to understand how the Website is used and to improve it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The Website uses Google Consent Mode: until you give consent, no analytics cookies are set.
Embedded videos (YouTube). Videos are embedded in YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube does not set tracking cookies until you play a video. When you play one, Google may process data according to its own privacy policy.
Technical data. The hosting provider and security services automatically process technical data (IP address, browser, date and time of access) to deliver the Website and protect it from abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
The Website uses a cookie banner (CookieYes) that lets you accept, reject or customise non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie icon in the corner of the page. The full list of cookies, with their purpose and duration, is in the Cookie Policy.
- Necessary: consent preferences (cookieyes-consent), language choice (pll_language), security (__cf_bm). These are required for the Website to work and do not need consent.
- Analytics: Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*). Set only with your consent.
- Third-party video: YouTube cookies, set only if you play an embedded video.
4. Who receives your data
I do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers that are needed to run the Website and my business:
- Bluehost — website hosting
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security
- Google (Analytics, YouTube, Gmail) — analytics, video and email
- CookieYes — consent management
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long data is kept
- Email correspondence: as long as needed to answer your request and, for clients, for the period required by Spanish tax and commercial law.
- Analytics data: 14 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Cookie consent: up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email roman@liromfilms.com. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the Website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
